End of heat wave, as Water Dragon takes Wing?
According to legend the Chinese emperors used to petition the Water Dragon to send rain and aid agriculture or bring relief to drought regions. His success in this field, excuse the pun, was directly linked to his popularity. Had this practice been around today, he may have smiled at the heavenly coincidence found in the Chinese almanac or book of nature. Namely today's Water Dragon meets with the lunar mansion called Wings and looking out of the window, as I am doing now; he may have thought his job had been done for him. UK weather forecasters have also advised that our Indian summer may be coming to an end.
The almanac suggests meditation, asking for blessings, taking a course, travelling, getting married, having an astrology reading, emigrating, opening a business and trading, refurbishing a home or office, moving earth, fixing a roof, buying or setting direction for your bed, or setting up a tombstone.

Water Dragon day, month and 2012 – how is your future?
How was yesterday for you? If you read yesterday blog you would know that the daily energy exactly matched the annual qi and by doing so perhaps afforded a taste of things to come. Well this Water Dragon day is also interesting as we can use it to get a taste of this month and next year as they also have the same qi.
If Water Dragon is in your horoscope it can be (depending on timeliness and other pillars) the most powerful of the 5 elemental dragons in Chinese astrology. Due to a controlling influence between the Dragon and its element there is a qi blockage, which can stop you from expressing yourself. It also means that you bottle up your emotions and that can cause health problems. Metal is your most needed element and this is present in the annual qi until February 2012, so this should be a wholesome time for you. Today’s Water Dragon day should mean that all earth signs including Sheep, Ox and Dog have wealth opportunities and can easily manage their affairs. Although, Dog signs are clashed and need to be careful of over extending themselves.
Their associated signs of Rat and related Pig can enjoy power and recognition whilst females of these signs are lucky in love. Monkeys and Roosters are quite relaxed and may use their time to develop new concepts.
Rabbit and Tiger are well supported and can be lucky with investments this afternoon especially if they seek proper advice. Snake and Horse signs can be inspired and should put new ideas into action.

Rain Dragon
According to ancient Chinese legend the Sage or Emperor would petition the Water Dragon to send rain to grow their crops. We can get similar prosperity today as today’s Dragon forms a partnership with the monthly Chinese animal for December, namely the Rat. With the exception of anything to do with water structures or fishing most things are favourable especially partnerships . This can be with your partner in terms of getting engaged, swapping gifts or getting married. With your inner self for meditation, or your maker in asking for blessings, travel and emigration especially to take or make wine with friends, with customers by opening a business and trading, with your home in refurbishment, moving earth and fixing roofs or getting a new oven. Burials are even favourable.
