Rory McIlroy horoscope - above par and destined for greatness?
Irish Golfer Rory McIlroy was born at an unknown hour on 4 May 1989. This was a Wood Rat day denoting a pioneer, especially between the ages of 30 – 45 years. An adventurous spirit will ensure that he is the life and soul of the party, so to speak. His Earth Dragon month pillar shows that he will be very lucky with money; just as well as he is also very generous. The Earth Snake year means that he will give well to charity, especially those who work to improve welfare and quality of life.
Rory McIlroy is a professional golfer from County Down, Northern Ireland. He has represented Ireland as both an amateur and a professional. Having had a successful amateur career, he turned professional in 2007 a Fire Pig year, where the Fire brought spectacular achievement and he became the youngest Affiliate Member in the history of the European Tour as well as the highest ranked.
In September 2008 an Earth Rat year which brought wealth and prestige, McIlroy tied for first place in the Omega European Masters in Switzerland. He finished the season having improved his ranking to 36th place on the European Tour Order of Merit.

In 2009, an Earth Ox year, he entered a new ten year luck pillar of Yang Fire Tiger, where this form of fire allowed him to develop his natural talent and the Tiger became a source of prosperity and independence. It also had an interesting effect on his Dragon which when completed with the Rabbit of March formed a triple combination and made him a global figure. Such was the case when he earned an invitation to U.S. Masters in April 2009, just 18 months after turning pro and two months into his new luck pillar.
His first professional win came at age 19 when on 1 February 2009, he won the Dubai Desert Classic which took him to 16th in the world ranking. McIlroy played in his first Open Championship as a professional in July and finished T-3 at the 2009 PGA Championship, his best result in a major before winning the 2011 U.S. Open. He finished the 2009 season ranked 9th in the world.
On 19 June 2011, a Metal Rabbit year he won the U.S. Open Championship, his first major. He finished with a record score of 16-under-par on his way to an eight-shot victory, as the youngest winner since Bobby Jones in 1923. He has been cited as the most exciting young prospect in golf and having the potential to become one of the highest earners in sports in terms of endorsements. This is confirmed by his month pillar of Earth Dragon.
There isn’t much support for Rory in his horoscope and he only has a slender root in the month Dragon for grounding.
