Recording star Rihanna was born Robyn Rihanna Fenty on February 20, 1988 at an unknown hour on a Wood Snake day, imbuing her with great self-expression and a generous spirit. Her Wood Tiger month pillar allows her to thrive in extremely competitive environments such as the global music scene, whilst her Earth Dragon year pillar supplies all the money she could ever need for her generous nature.
Born in Saint Michael, Barbados, Rihanna moved to the United States when she started a new luck pillar of Water Rat around the age of 16. As water represents music and is highly supportive of her horoscope, she found proper guidance from record producer Evan Rogers. She subsequently signed a contract with Def Jam Recordings after auditioning for Jay-Z, the then-label head.

Another year and another album
Being supported by pure water in her Water Rat luck pillar, she was able to convert her ideas into reality and in 2007 a Fire Pig year, Rihanna's third studio album; Good Girl Gone Bad was released. The Fire provides her with her greatest creative freedom yet and the Pig reinforced her void Tiger month branch in one of the Six combinations of Chinese astrology. Rihanna ‘s fourth studio album Rated R was released in November 2009, a Pig month which combined with the Earth Ox annual zodiac sign and the Rat in her luck pillar to bring even more water and supportive energy. Consequently, the album contained the hit single "Rude Boy", which achieved the number-one spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
2010 a Metal Tiger year provided great power and recognition and her fifth studio album, Loud had the number-one hits "Only Girl (In the World)", "What's My Name?" and "S&M".
Only half way through her supportive luck pillar and Rihanna has already sold more than 30 million albums and 100 million singles making her one of the best-selling artists of all time. She has achieved ten number-one singles on the Billboard Hot 100 since first appearing on the chart on 11 June 2005, the most by any artist during that time span.
