Chinese astrology horoscope for Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin born 7 October 1952 at 09:28 - the current Prime Minister of Russia. He was the second President of the Russian Federation and as well as chairman of United Russia and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Union of Russia and Belarus.
This Chinese horoscope has Water Dragon, Earth Rooster, Fire Dog and Water Dragon shows that the Yang Fire day stem is untimely in a Rooster month and has only a tenuous minor root on line 5 of the Dog in his day pillar.
In the Sheng cycle Wood energy is desperately needed to support the day stem of fire and sadly this is missing other than a couple of minor roots in the Dragon branches.
